Job summary

The Lodge of Four Seasons in Lake Ozark, MO is seeking a bartender to deliver beverage service with hospitality, crafting cocktails, pouring wine and beer, and engaging guests for memorable experiences.

We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time roles and provide advancement through our Management Development Program. Candidates should be 21+, ready to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with training available.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer and wine.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must be 21+ years old to serve alcohol.
• TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol Certification is a plus.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes and standards.
• Provide friendly, attentive, professional service.
• Educate guests on beverage offerings and make recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked bar area.
• Process guest orders and payments accurately.
• Follow all alcohol service, food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Monitor guest consumption and practice responsible service.
• Collaborate with restaurant, banquet and culinary teams.

• Educate guests on beverage offerings and make personalized recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
• Process guest orders and payments accurately
• Follow all alcohol service, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Monitor guest consumption and follow responsible alcohol service practices
• Work closely with the restaurant, banquet, and culinary teams to ensure excellent service

Requirements

• Prior bartending or food and beverage experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate
• Must be 21+ years old to serve alcohol
• Knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, beer, and wine
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol Certification is a plus
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent English communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak fluently
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

$10.00 per hour + tips
