Hilton Garden Inn Boston/Waltham in MA is hiring a friendly Server/Bartender to create memorable guest experiences at our Bistro. You will serve food and beverages, craft cocktails, and connect with guests in a welcoming, fast-paced setting.

This role offers weekend/evening shifts, competitive pay from $15+ per hour plus tips, and access to travel and TEAM discounts. We encourage growth through our Management Development Program.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience preferred; willingness to train the right candidate.
• Must be 21+ to serve alcohol.
• Strong English communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive service to every guest.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages; craft cocktails.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Educate guests on menu and beverage offerings; make recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bartending or food service experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate
• Must be 21+ to serve alcohol
• Knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, beer, and wine
• TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol Certification is a plus
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
• Ability to safely handle and serve food and beverages
• Strong English communication skills
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for hospitality
