We are seeking outgoing individuals with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry. Success in this role requires a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure with others. Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable. We cross-train all service employees in serving, bartending, and beverage cart roles.

Responsibilities

1. Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
2. Know the menu well and make suggestions.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction and address issues promptly.
4. Handle cash transactions properly.
5. Follow all food service sanitation and health guidelines.
6. Maintain proper hygiene, including arriving in a clean uniform.
7. Act professionally and treat others with respect at all times.
8. Possess an active food handler's card.
9. Complete AZ Title 4 Liquor training.
