Job summary

Ames Golf & Country Club is seeking a professional Server/Bartender to deliver exceptional dining and beverage service in a private club setting. You will act as both server and bartender, upholding the traditions and high standards of our member-focused club.

Responsibilities include providing elevated service, knowledge of menus and cocktails, accurate ordering, POS processing, and collaboration with culinary staff.

Qualifications

• Prior serving and bartending experience required; private club or fine dining experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, wine service, and formal dining standards.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polished appearance, professionalism, and discretion.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, high-service environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Must meet state age requirements for alcohol service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
