You will prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, maintain bar cleanliness, and ensure responsible service while contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.

The ideal candidate has experience in hospitality, knowledge of drink recipes, wine service, and bar operations, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and events.

Qualifikationen

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred, preferably in a country club, restaurant, or upscale dining environment.
• Knowledge of standard drink recipes, wine service, and bar operations preferred.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Club recipes and standards.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage menus, specialty cocktails, wine selections, and beer offerings.
• Verify age requirements and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with state laws and Club policies.
• Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system and process payments when applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, sinks, glassware, coolers, and storage areas.
• Restock liquor, wine, beer, mixers, garnishes, and supplies as needed.
• Assist servers and other team members to ensure efficient food and beverage service.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages or supply needs.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and health regulations.
• Open and close bar areas according to established procedures.
• Maintain professional appearance and adherence to Club dress code standards.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
• Promote a positive and team-oriented work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. The Bartender is expected to maintain excellent customer service, uphold responsible alcohol service practices, and contribute to a positive member experience.
