• 2+ years of full-time employment experience in a related position (bartender, server).
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while on your feet for 4-8 hours.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take food/drink orders.
• Verify ID and age requirements.
• Basic cash handling: operate a cash register, make change, total guest checks, total bank drops.
• Make menu and service recommendations and answer questions.
• Greet guests and deliver a memorable experience.
• Clear, clean and sanitize tables.
• Complete side-work before and after shifts.
• Help guests with special requests/allergy information.
• Keep workstations and equipment clean and organized.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Work Performed

As a Server/Bartender , you’ll wow our guests with outstanding service and hospitality. Whether guests are celebrating a special occasion or just spending time with family and friends, our servers go the extra mile to make it memorable. You’ll help with menu selections, quickly refill beverages and ensure food arrives on time, always delivering warm and friendly service.

• Take food/drink orders
• Verify ID and age requirements
• Basic math necessary to operate a cash register, make change, total guest checks, count total bank, prepare cash drops, total all other charges, and understand portion sizes
• Make food and drink recommendations to guests and answer all menu- and service-related questions
• Greet guests and deliver a memorable experience for all
• Clear, clean and sanitize tables
• Complete side-work throughout the shift, before and after
• Help guests with any special requests/allergy information
• Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order

Requirements
