Job summary

The Breakers Palm Beach is seeking a Server - Banquet Operations to deliver exceptional guest service at luxury banquet events. You will work with your team to ensure guest needs are met and uphold Breakers standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining front-of-house and back-of-house cleanliness, performing side work, and coordinating with supervisors to resolve issues while providing outstanding service during busy functions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as banquet server or similar customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask while providing exceptional service.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service industry practices is a plus.
