What You’ll Do

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, upbeat experience
• Excellent verbal communication and interaction skills to serve BWW guests and create a personalized experience
• Skill in time management and organization with excellent attention to detail
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Recommend menu items, beverages, and promotions
• Deliver food and drinks while ensuring quality and satisfaction
• Check in with guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately
• Apply conflict management and analytical skills, and use high emotional intelligence to recognize and solve guest problems
• Implement RAS (Responsible Alcohol Service) procedures as defined by federal and state laws and BWW policies
• Work closely with the team to keep the dining room running smoothly

Qualifications

• Superior customer service and hospitality skills
• Knowledgeable of proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures
• Knowledge of BWW food and beverage menu with an ability to make suggestions and upsell
• Knowledge of current marketing initiatives and upcoming events to inform guests
• Skill in time management and organization with excellent attention to detail
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle money accurately
• Basic knowledge of Point of Sale systems
• Conflict management, analytical skills, and high emotional intelligence for guest problem resolution
• Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant environment

Required
