Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Spotsylvania County, VA seeks a Server for Sortino's Italian Restaurant. You will provide friendly, responsive service, take and relay orders, and ensure timely delivery to guests for a memorable dining experience.

Must be 18+, with 1 year of front-of-house knowledge preferred. Bi-lingual skills are a plus; Micros/POS/phone systems experience is required. Benefits and growth opportunities come with joining a company that lives the Lead with Love promise.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• General food and beverage knowledge, involving at least 1 year of front-of-the-house operations, is preferred.
• Ability to operate a Micros terminal, Phone system, POS system, and beverage dispenser.
• Bi-lingual skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, inform them of specials, provide menu tours, and recommend items you genuinely feel guests will enjoy.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders into the POS system, and relay orders to the kitchen and bar.
• Deliver food and beverage orders from kitchen and bar in a timely manner.
• Be ready and willing to assist fellow associates as situations arise.
