Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Round Rock, TX is seeking a proactive Server Assistant for Sortino's Italian Kitchen. You will deliver friendly, attentive service, keep dining areas tidy, and support teammates to create an exceptional guest experience while upholding the Kalahari Promise to Lead with Love.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work independently during busy times. Restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Self-directed to work independently during busy times.
• Restaurant, hotel, resort, or customer service experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Take dirty tableware to dish room and manage silverware, dishes, glassware in the proper areas for washing.
• Between seatings, clean tabletops, chairs and booths; reset and arrange tabletop.
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and replenish supplies as needed.
• Communicate with server and hostess to assure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.
