Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Spotsylvania County, VA seeks a Server for Cinco Ninos American Mexican restaurant to provide friendly, responsive service and create an exceptional dining experience for all guests. You will participate as a team and uphold the Kalahari Promise daily.

You will embody our Promise to Lead with Love, deliver attentive, personalized service, and ensure accurate and timely food and beverage orders while maintaining a positive, efficient dining environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• General food and beverage knowledge, with 1+ year front-of-house experience preferred.
• Ability to operate Micros terminal, Phone system, POS system and beverage dispenser.
• Bi-lingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, inform about specials and recommend items.
• Take and relay food/beverage orders via POS to kitchen and bar.
• Deliver orders to tables in a timely and courteous manner.
• Assist teammates to ensure efficient service and smooth dining operations.
