Job summary

Pinstripes in Beachwood, OH is seeking friendly Server Assistants to support servers and keep the upscale entertainment-dining venue running smoothly.

You will help with setup, stocking, and breakdown, maintain a clean workspace, and contribute to the guest experience. Prior restaurant experience is welcome but not required; training is provided.

The team offers flexible hours and team member discounts on food, beverages, and activities, with competitive hourly pay plus tips.

Qualifications

You will assist servers in taking care of guests in a unique and upscale entertainment-dining venue offering a Bistro, Bowling, and Bocce.

Server Assistants are essential for maintaining and executing the service flow, serving as the backbone of Pinstripes. They provide ongoing support for Servers during the shift, assisting with setup, stocking, and breakdown. Their expertise lies in venue setup, cleanliness, and aesthetics.

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Our training program will set every team member up to be successful from the start.

Requirements:

• Provides memorable guest service
• Able to answer questions about Pinstripes and the guest experience
• Assist and work with other team members to ensure that the restaurant is operated efficiently

• Maintain a clean working environment
• Must have the ability to provide excellent customer service
