Job summary

Pinstripes in Oak Brook, IL, is looking for cheerful Server Assistants to help maintain a smooth service flow and to support servers during shifts. You will assist with setup, stocking, and breakdown while ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; our training program will prepare you to succeed from day one. Must be 18 or older and able to stand for up to six hours, with neat appearance and polite guest interaction at all

Server Assistants are essential for maintaining and executing the service flow, serving as the backbone of Pinstripes. They provide ongoing support for Servers during the shift, assisting with setup, stocking, and breakdown. Their expertise lies in venue setup, cleanliness, and aesthetics.

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Our training program will set every team member up to be successful from the start.
