Job summary

Pinstripes in San Mateo is seeking friendly team members to provide memorable guest service in a lively, upscale dining and entertainment venue. You will take reservations, answer questions about the guest experience, and seat guests to ensure a seamless dining flow.

Join a cohesive team that values attentive service, handles payments, and maintains a clean, welcoming environment. Must be 18+, able to stand up to 6 hours, and follow grooming standards.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Training program will set every team member up to be successful from the start.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to be on your feet for up to 6 hours.
• Must always be neat in appearance and follow uniform and grooming guidelines.

Responsibilities

We are an all-scratch kitchen that prides ourselves on our fresh ingredients, seasonal menus, high food quality standards and exceptional service. You will tend to guests in a unique and upscale entertainment‑dining venue offering a Bistro, Bowling, and Bocce. Serving Italian/American cuisine out of our scratch kitchen, an extensive wine list, local craft beers, and thoughtful handcrafted cocktails.

It is preferable to have previous restaurant experience, but it is not required. Our training program will set every team member up to be successful from the start.

What you'll be doing:

• Provides memorable guest service

Paid Sick Leave is limited to 40 hours (5 days) for the year and maximum is 80 hours (10 days).
