CHICA at The Venetian in Las Vegas is seeking a server assistant to support the front-of-house team in a high-energy Latin-inspired dining environment. You will help the server with guest needs, manage water service, and ensure smooth table turnover while maintaining a polished appearance.

The role requires quick communication with servers, tact under pressure, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional attitude and courteous demeanor.
• Maintain service stations and complete side work before, during, and after the shift.
• Follow proper service procedures.
• Maintain communication with team and front door staff.
• Assist neighboring teammates with service.
• Ensure tables reset within two minutes of departure.
• Bus each course according to Restaurant Service Standards Reference.
• Complete tasks as directed by management to support the team.
