Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon seating and assist host with seating when needed.
• Communicate guest needs clearly to the team and ensure accurate table status.
• Ensure courteous, attentive service to create a memorable dining experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and special requests and accommodate where possible.
• Manage meal pacing according to each table’s needs and timing.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues to the guest’s satisfaction.
• Inform management of potential dissatisfactions before they occur.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food and beverage offerings and procedures.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS and ensure timely delivery of items.
• Guide guests through the ordering process and verify special orders with guests.
• Describe dishes enthusiastically and check back after delivery to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain clean and orderly stations and greet guests warmly at departure.
