We are seeking a server assistant who moves quickly, communicates with the server, and helps ensure guests’ needs and special requests are met. Flexible hours, weekends, and holidays are required in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Must be able to maintain tact and cool under pressure.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to take initiative and exhibit flexibility.
• Working knowledge of departmental policies and service procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Knowledge of hotel services and local attractions for guest inquiries.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional attitude and courteous demeanor.
• Keep service stations clean and perform side-work duties.
• Follow proper service procedures.
• Maintain communication with team members and front door staff.
• Assist servers and reset tables promptly after guests depart.
• Bus each course according to standards.
• Complete tasks as directed by management.
