Job summary

The Hotel Peter and Paul in New Orleans is seeking a Server Assistant to support the Elysian Bar Restaurant team. You will set up tables, assist with food and beverage service, clear tables, and help maintain a welcoming dining room.

ASH Hotels offers a base pay of $8.00 per hour with weekly pay and tip pool participation. Flexible schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with full-time benefits like medical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days.

Responsibilities

About the role

The Elysian Bar Restaurant, nestled within the historic Hotel Peter and Paul, seeks an enthusiastic and experienced Server Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our waitstaff and ensuring smooth and efficient dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up tables, assisting with food and beverage service, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining areas. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in the hospitality industry within a prestigious hotel environment.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is expected around business levels, key team milestones, events, or employee relations matters. Ability to lift, stand, walk, for extended periods of time and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed.
