ASH Hotels in New Orleans’ Marigny—the Hotel Peter and Paul—seeks a friendly Server Assistant to support our dining team. Set up tables, assist servers, clear diners, and keep the dining rooms clean while delivering attentive service.

Ideal candidates have good communication, can work evenings and weekends, and thrive in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment. The role offers a base hourly wage of $8.00 plus tip pool participation, with weekly pay and full-time benefits for eligible staff.

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to guests.
• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, anticipating their needs and responding promptly to requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

About the role

The Elysian Bar Restaurant, nestled within the historic Hotel Peter and Paul, seeks an enthusiastic and experienced Server Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our waitstaff and ensuring smooth and efficient dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up tables, assisting with food and beverage service, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining areas. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in the hospitality industry within a prestigious hotel environment.

What you'll do

• Base Hourly Rate: $8.00 per hour, plus tip pool participation
• All employees are paid weekly

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is expected around business levels, key team milestones, events, or employee relations matters. Ability to lift, stand, walk, for extended periods of time and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed.
