Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking hospitality staff for Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin Dells, opening in Spring 2026. You will join a pre-opening team delivering guest-focused service in a unique Midwestern setting.

This role supports servers, maintains dining areas, ensures safety standards, and contributes to a polished guest experience while building a career with a national leader in hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hospitality or restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, organization and efficiency.
• Professional demeanor and appearance per Dellshire Resort standards.
• Ability to stay calm, guest-focused under pressure.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables quickly.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables and support timely service.
• Maintain dining areas, side stations, and service corridors.
• Sanitize, polish, and stock tables, chairs, glassware, and utensils.
• Restock service stations with silverware, napkins, condiments.
• Support water and beverage refills and guest requests.
• Communicate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff for smooth service.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of dining rooms and banquets.
• Transport soiled dishes to the dishwashing area safely.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures per regulations.
• Maintain overall restaurant cleanliness and organization.
• Maintain professional appearance and positive guest interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Food & Beverage leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently.
• Deliver food and beverage items to tables as needed and support timely guest service.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, side stations, and service corridors throughout the shift.
• Ensure tables, chairs, glassware, and utensils are properly sanitized, polished, and stocked.
• Restock service stations with silverware, napkins, condiments, and other supplies.
• Support water and beverage refills and assist guests with additional requests.
• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining rooms, buffets, or banquet functions.
• Transport soiled dishes and glassware to the dishwashing area safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures as outlined by the resort and local health regulations.
• Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and back‑of‑house areas.
• Maintain a professional, polished appearance and positive attitude in all guest interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Food & Beverage leadership to support operations.

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
