Pyramid Global Hospitality invites you to join Dellshire Resort as a Restaurant Server. This pre-opening property blends luxury with Midwestern hospitality, offering a unique opportunity to shape guest experiences from the ground up.

You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure flawless service in a high-volume setting. The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and delivering warm, personalized hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of serving experience in a high-volume or upscale environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask under pressure.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft beverages is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to obtain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Present menus, describe features, and answer questions about offerings.
• Take and enter food and beverage orders accurately into the POS.
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist with side duties and reset.
• Follow sanitation and safety standards and participate in trainings.

The Restaurant Server is responsible for menu knowledge, order accuracy, guest satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

What You'll Do

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, describe daily features, and answer questions about food, beverages, and resort offerings.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them promptly into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests efficiently and ensure orders are correct.
• Monitor tables to anticipate and respond to guest needs.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Process payments accurately, following all procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned sections, service stations, and overall restaurant areas.
• Assist team members with side duties including restocking, polishing glassware, and setting tables.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and resort service standards.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings, training sessions, and resort events as assigned.

What are we looking for?

Who You Are

• Minimum of one (1) year of previous serving experience in a high-volume or upscale environment preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task under pressure.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft beverages preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Safety Certification and Wisconsin Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days of starting and must be re-certified as needed
• Flexible schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
