Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is opening Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin Dells. As a Busser/Server Assistant you will support servers, clear and reset tables, and help maintain dining areas in a high-energy, pre-opening environment.

You will contribute to guest experience with prompt service, cleanliness, and teamwork, while enjoying comprehensive benefits and the chance to grow with a respected hospitality leader.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently.
• Deliver food and beverage items to tables as needed and support timely guest service.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, side stations, and service corridors throughout the shift.
• Ensure tables, chairs, glassware, and utensils are properly sanitized, polished, and stocked.
• Restock service stations with silverware, napkins, condiments, and other supplies.
• Support water and beverage refills and assist guests with additional requests.
• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining rooms, buffets, or banquet functions.
• Transport soiled dishes and glassware to the dishwashing area safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures as outlined by the resort and local health regulations.
• Support the overall guest experience in a fast-paced, pre-opening resort environment.
