Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Server Assistant for Dellshire Resort, a pre-opening, four-star property in Wisconsin Dells. You will support the front-of-house team by clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting servers to ensure smooth guest service in a fast-paced, guest-centered environment.

• Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently.
• Deliver food and beverage items to tables as needed and support timely guest service.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, side stations, and service corridors throughout the shift.
• Ensure tables, chairs, glassware, and utensils are properly sanitized, polished, and stocked.
• Restock service stations with silverware, napkins, condiments, and other supplies.
• Support water and beverage refills and assist guests with additional requests.
• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining rooms, buffets, or banquet functions.
• Transport soiled dishes and glassware to the dishwashing area safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures as outlined by the resort and local health regulations.
• Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and back‑of‑house areas.
• Maintain a professional, polished appearance and positive attitude in all guest interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Food & Beverage leadership to support operations.
