Hershey Lodge is seeking a Part-Time Team Member to maintain a neat dining room and guest service area within the Hershey Lodge. This role offers perks like free Hersheypark admission and parking, plus food and shopping discounts.

The position requires assisting servers, restocking dining areas, clearing and resetting tables, and other duties as assigned. Candidates must be 16+ and able to work flexible breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Must work in an organized and efficient manner.
• Must be able to work with limited supervision.
• Must effectively communicate with co-workers and staff.
• Must present a clean and professional image.

Responsabilités

• Assist servers*
• Restock all dining and service areas*
• Clearing and reset tables*
• Completing daily and weekly cleaning sheets*
• Pouring coffee and water when required*
• Ensuring condiments are amply supplied on guest tables*
• Traying food orders and delivering to correct table numbers*
• Forwarding guest concerns to the applicable staff*
• Other duties as assigned.

This position is responsible for maintaining a neat and orderly dining room and the guest service area in an assigned restaurant located within the Hershey Lodge.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):

• Assist servers*
• Restock all dining and service areas*
• Clearing and reset tables*
• Completing daily and weekly cleaning sheets*
• Pouring coffee and water when required*
• Ensuring that condiments are amply supplied on the guest table prior to the guests taking their seats*
• Traying food orders and delivering them to the correct table number efficiently and accurately*
• Forwarding any guest concerns to the applicable wait staff person or supervisor*
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.

• Must demonstrate an ability to work in an organized and efficient manner.

Job Demands

• Must be able to work on one's feet for long periods of time.
• Must be able to stoop, bend, push and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must work in a clean, efficient and orderly manner.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including breakfast, lunch and dinner meal periods, according to operational needs
• This is a union position and the work schedule will be based on union seniority. Candidates must be able to meet scheduled requirements, which will most likely require evening and weekend hours.
