Job summary

Hershey Lodge in Hershey, PA seeks a Part-Time Team Member to assist restaurant management in guest service and satisfaction. Enjoy perks including free admission and parking to Hersheypark, plus food and shopping discounts with Employee ID.

Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, handling cash, and coordinating reservations while maintaining service quality. Must be 16+ and able to work flexible breakfasts, lunches, or dinners including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale computer and calculator.
• Proven employee/guest relations, communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Professional image representative of company image.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and handle cash.
• Physical requirements include standing (up to 100% of shift), walking, bending, stooping, hearing, speaking and finger dexterity.
