Job summary

AGUA CALIENTE CASINO RANCHO MIRAGE is seeking a kitchen professional to support stewarding and culinary duties within the assigned outlet. You will follow recipes, maintain high quality, and cook in volume while assisting all culinary team members in food preparation.

You will help supervise kitchen operations alongside the Sous Chefs and Chef de Cuisine, uphold sanitation standards, and ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in kitchen production.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Also, may be subjected to a smoke-filled environment.The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
