Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos in Cathedral City, CA seeks a Food & Beverage Assistant to support servers and expeditiously move menu items from kitchen to tables. You will prepare carts, identify items, and maintain F&B areas per standards.

The role requires standing and walking up to 1.5 miles, lifting up to 25 lbs, and may involve casino or hotel outlets. Compliance with tribal regulations and health-card requirements are essential.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Riverside County Health Department card within one week of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in serving guests.

Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
