Position Overview

As a Server Assistant, you play an essential supporting role in our Food & Beverage operation. You are the unseen elegance behind every polished table setting, the extra pair of hands that ensures service flows effortlessly, and a key contributor to the refined ambiance our guests expect. With poise and presence, you’ll help create memorable, elevated dining experiences—while upholding the highest service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reset and maintain tables with speed, grace, and precision between seatings
  • Assist servers with timely delivery of food and beverages to guest tables
  • Ensure dining spaces remain pristine, including floors, chairs, windows, and surfaces
  • Stock and replenish service stations with napkins, silverware, condiments, and other essentials
  • Support the flow of service by filling water glasses and serving non-alcoholic beverages
  • Maintain organization and sanitation standards in back-of-house service areas
  • Transport and separate used china, glassware, and flatware for cleaning
  • Participate in daily briefings and service training to uphold Forbes-level service standards
  • Collaborate with the culinary, bar, and stewarding teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership to support dining operations
Ideal Candidate Profile
Required Skills & Experience
  • Prior experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting is strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, service-focused mindset
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, and stand or walk for extended periods
  • Comfortable bending, kneeling, and handling hot or heavy trays
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent standing and walking in high-paced environments
  • Repetitive lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying
  • Manual handling of glassware, plates, linens, and trays
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Poised and polished under pressure in both guest-facing and team-facing roles
