Cache Creek is seeking a detail-oriented team member for our dining room and bar areas. You will deliver friendly guest service, anticipate needs, and collaborate closely with coworkers in a fast-paced setting.

Essential duties include mastering menu items, following service steps, and performing side work. You must be able to converse with guests, assist the bar area, and help maintain equipment and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and able to follow sanitation procedures.
• Six months restaurant experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Strong mathematical skills for discounts and totals.
• Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry.

Responsibilities

• Have complete understanding of menu item.
• Follow sequence of service standards.
• Perform all side work duties as assigned.
• Able to converse with guests and address needs.
• Work with bartender on stocking and cleaning areas of bar.
• Maintain inventory of equipment monthly.
