Cache Creek is hiring a server to provide an excellent dining experience for our diverse guests. You will take orders, describe menu and beverage options, and ensure timely delivery of meals in a full-service setting.

The role emphasizes guest interactions, knowledge of the menu, and adherence to SOS, F&B standards, with opportunities to grow and earn tips in a dynamic casino resort environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, memos and notices.
• Strong basic math and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from guests.
• Describe specials, wines/spirits, and promotions with confidence.
• Deliver food orders to guests in a full-service restaurant.
• Carry a 27” oval tray while serving hot and cold items.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and service standards.
• Obtain TIPS certificate and Guest Service Training within 90 days.
• Provide excellent table-side wine service and guest check handling.
• Assist with bussing, seating, side work and management tasks.
