Kiawah Island Club is seeking a Server Assistant to be an ambassador for our mission: TO BE THE FINEST PRIVATE CLUB IN THE WORLD. A Server Assistant will excel at applying empathy to every person so they may create and maintain our members’ loyalty, while ranking their teammate’s needs even higher. The role involves welcoming guests into our home with warmth, enthusiasm, and grace in a fast‑paced, multi‑faced club restaurant.

Service Periods

Lunch, Brunch, and Dinner.

Candidate Abilities

• Arrives on time for scheduled shifts in uniform and prepared to provide hospitality.
• Maintains an understanding of proper table numbers, seat positions, and flow of service required of all FOH positions.
• Demonstrates mental agility for coordination with management to show guests to their tables accurately.
• Desires to build a base knowledge of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails.
• Keeps menu and beverage knowledge current as menus evolve.
• Communicates and listens effectively to deliver accurate messaging to both guests and teammates.
• Finds pleasure in providing hospitality.
• Takes pride in working with a first‑class team.
