Red Lobster in Canton, OH is seeking a friendly Server Assistant to join our dining team. You will welcome guests, manage seating and waitlists, and support service to ensure a smooth, hospitality-driven experience.

You will anticipate guest needs, help keep tables stocked, refill drinks, reset tables, and maintain a clean dining room. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods; teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming every guest with a friendly smile and create a great first impression
• Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experience
• Delivering exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences
• Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are fully stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food
• Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team
• Following all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining room
• Working as one team, always putting our guests and fellow team members first
