Dellshire Resort is seeking a Server Assistant to support the dining room team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will help deliver food and beverages, clear and reset tables, and maintain clean service areas to ensure smooth dining.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery of food and beverages to guests.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, service stations, and back-of-house areas.
• Refill water, assist with bread service, and respond to guest requests.
• Support servers in maintaining section readiness and guest satisfaction.
• Stock service stations with necessary supplies.
• Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by Manager.
