Job summary

Dellshire Resort, opening Spring 2026, seeks a Server to deliver high-quality dining with attentive service at our off-site restaurant. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure accurate delivery in a fast-paced, upscale setting.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in upscale or high-volume environments preferred.
• Strong communication, sales, and multitasking skills.
• Food Safety Certification and Wisconsin Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service dining including greeting, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and presenting checks.
• Demonstrate menu knowledge, allergens, and preparation methods.
• Enter orders into POS accurately and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned section and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Follow alcohol service guidelines and verify IDs.
• Collaborate with kitchen and support staff to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side duties.
