Job summary

Hawkers Asian Street Food in Franklin, TN, seeks a Server Assistant to support the dining room and front-of-house team. You will help servers, greet guests, and ensure a seamless, welcoming experience from seating to departure.

This role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays with both part-time and full-time schedules available. Training provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (as required for alcohol service).
• Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist servers with beverages and table needs.
• Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain guest-ready dining room.
• Transport used tableware to the dish room and sort for washing.
• Clean and sanitize tabletops, chairs, and booths between seatings.
• Run food and drinks to tables as directed by servers/managers.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and relay needs to the server.
• Inspect and clean restrooms as needed during shift.
• Support host team with restroom restocking responsibilities.
• Assist with side work and opening/closing duties as assigned.
• Thank guests as they leave and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
