You will set tables, assist servers, clear the dining area, and maintain back-of-house cleanliness while supporting seasonal menus and guest service. The role requires strong communication, a team mindset, attention to detail, and weekend/holiday flexibility.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set tables according to reservation details and service standards.
• Assist servers with food and beverage service and run food.
• Clear tables promptly after guests depart and tidy dining areas.
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness and restock server stations.
• Prepare condiment and garnish items; monitor cleanliness of ware.
• Assist in moving and setting up furniture as needed for service.
• Provide warm welcomes and assist guests throughout their visit.
• Support other outlets as needed for business levels.
