Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Food Handlers Certification and understand OSHA/HACCP compliance standards.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Greet guests, assist with beverages, and help servers during service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and its perimeters.
• Be flexible with schedule to support restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Reset tables quickly and professionally to Hawkers standards.
• Support servers and service staff with refills and clearing tables.
