Adobe Clubhouse at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club in Central Phoenix seeks a courteous Server Assistant to help bridge the kitchen and dining areas. You’ll clear tables, refill waters, stock items, and support the Server during busy periods, ensuring smooth service and a positive guest experience.

Ideal candidates are en route to high school diploma or GED, with strong multitasking, communication, and teamwork skills. Flexible scheduling and golf perks are available.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a high school diploma or GED; restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Demonstrates strong multitasking and time management during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables with utensils, napkins, and condiments before seating.
• Provide friendly, attentive service and assist Server during service.
• Clear tables, remove dishes and refill water; restock as needed.
• Assist with food delivery during large parties and peak periods.
• Support in banquets and event setup when required.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards and maintain cleanliness.
