Forest Highlands Golf Club is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Server Assistant to join our Food & Beverage team. This position plays an important role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our members and guests.

Essential Functions

Customer Service

• Assist in all Food & Beverage operations
• Provide prompt, polite, and professional service to members and guests
• Maintain a professional appearance by wearing the appropriate uniform
• Ensure a clean, sanitary, and safe environment at all times

Operations

• Complete assigned duties to support and enhance member service
• Follow and complete daily checklists and assigned tasks
• Maintain flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisors and Managers with projects as needed
• Support team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Qualifications Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or at least two years of high school education
• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
• Organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
