COQODAQ, from the team behind Michelin-starred COTE Korean Steakhouse, is opening a new fried chicken concept two blocks from COTE NYC. We seek enthusiastic Server Assistants to support servers, keep tables clean, and provide superb hospitality in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include bussing, beverage service, order accuracy checks, and teamwork across stations. English fluency, reliability, and a strong customer focus are required; experienced staff receive comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must read, speak, understand, follow written directions and verbal instructions in English.
• Must be reachable by email and able to communicate by phone.
• Communicates information effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Completes all assigned side work related to set up and breakdown of the coffee and tea station, dish pit area, dining room, and service hutches.
• Greets tables with beverage lists, explains the menu, and assists servers to deliver service.
• Runs drinks from the bar to the assigned customer by table and position number.
• Clears dirty dishes and glassware from tables with cleanliness and efficiency.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations.
• Assists other stations or areas of the restaurant as needed by management.
