COQODAQ, a new fried chicken concept by Gracious Hospitality Management, is hiring servers for its NYC opening. You will greet guests, provide beverage service, read BEOs and chits, and ensure smooth service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must read, speak, understand, and follow written directions in English.
• Must be reachable by email and able to communicate via phone.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Possesses a positive, results-oriented, team-player mentality.
• Ability to perform duties well and maintain professionalism under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and local health standards.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Certification for responsible alcohol service or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Completes all assigned side work related to setup and breakdown of the dining room and service hutches.
• Greets all customers in their sections and offers water and beverage service.
• Delivers exceptional service and hospitality to every customer.
• Reads reservation chits to accommodate birthdays, anniversaries, and special requests.
• Reads Banquet Event Orders to deliver experiences for large parties and events.
• Accurately takes and enters orders and communicates flow with management and chefs.
• Uses POS systems and restaurant tech to account for sales and inventory.
