COQODAQ, the new fried chicken concept from the team behind COTE NYC, seeks Front of House AM Server assistants. You will buss, clean, and support Servers, greeting guests and assisting with service steps in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining stations, serving beverages, organizing dining room flow, and ensuring safety and health standards. Experience in hospitality and strong communication are a plus; NY pay is disclosed. Join us for a dynamic shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Must read, speak, understand English and follow directions.
• Must be reachable by email and able to communicate by phone.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive, results-oriented, team-player mentality.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Food Handler’s Certification or ability to obtain.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software such as POS, reservations, inventory, MS Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Buss and clean tables and assist Servers with service steps.
• Greet customers, present beverages, and explain menus.
• Run drinks from bar to tables and ensure correct order delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and stations.
• Assist with training new employees and support management as needed.
