Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts, overseeing Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort, seeks an Outlet/Restaurant support role to assist the Outlet Manager and servers in delivering stellar guest service. You will help maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment and support the team during peak service periods.

The position emphasizes proper table settings, attentive service, and the physical requirements of lifting and moving supplies while ensuring consistent attendance and adherence to safety

Qualifications

• Knowledge of table settings and service ware required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Ability to move or push up to 150 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Clears and resets tables quickly to prep for service.
• Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations across meal periods.
• Serves beverages, bread, and butter and replenishes as needed.
• Transports dirty tableware to the dishwashing area for cleaning.
• Attends work regularly and performs other duties as assigned.
