Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts seeks a Server Assistant at The Historic Cavalier Hotel & Beach Club in Virginia Beach to support the Outlet Manager and servers. You will clear and reset tables, stock and maintain stations, and assist with beverage service to ensure a welcoming dining experience.

Strong communication and physical ability to lift and move items are required, with the ability to work regular shifts in a luxury hotel environment offering competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of proper table settings and service ware.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Ability to move or push a cart weighing up to 150 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness at service stations for all meals.
• Serve beverages, bread, and butter and replenish as needed.
