Job summary

Flagship Restaurant Group in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking team‑oriented individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the restaurant industry. You will assist waitstaff, bus and reset tables, and help keep all areas clean while answering guest questions about the menu.

Responsibilities

• Assist waitstaff in food and drink delivery, ensuring smooth service.
• Bus and clean tables, reset for the next guests, and maintain tidiness.
• Help maintain cleanliness of dining room, service stations, and restrooms.
• Learn menu items and ingredients to answer guest questions.
• Collaborate with team to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Be willing to cross-train and assist in related positions as needed.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic to support teammates.

• You’re a positive, friendly, and team-oriented individual eager to contribute to the success of the team
• You have great communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• You’re quick on your feet, detail-oriented, and ready to pitch in where needed.
• You have a strong desire to learn and grow in the restaurant industry, with an interest in advancing to other positions.
• Previous experience in a restaurant is a plus, but not required. We have a training program to prepare you!

About the Job

• Assist waitstaff in food and drink delivery, helping maintain a smooth and efficient dining experience.
• Bus and clean tables, reset them for the next guests, and keep dining areas tidy.
