Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred but not required, as we offer a comprehensive training program.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, and follow instructions effectively.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting and walking all day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion and maintain food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to meet quality and presentation standards.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies for the shift.
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed.
• Assist in inventory management, rotating stock and alerting management to low items.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and sanitary conditions at all times.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
