Job summary

Flagship Restaurant Group in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a friendly, dependable team member to support the bartending team. No prior bartending experience required—the hands-on training program will equip you with hospitality, beverage service, and bar operations skills while staying active and engaged.

You will stock the bar, assist with the timely delivery of food and drinks, clear and reset tables and bar areas, and help keep workspaces clean and safe.

Qualifications

• No bartending experience required; hands-on training provided.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods; lift 10–75 pounds.
• Willingness to learn hospitality, beverage service, and bar operations.

Responsibilities

• Support bartending team to deliver guest experiences.
• Stock bar with spirits, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and ice.
• Restock supplies during shifts and assist with food/drink delivery.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables and bar areas for guests.
• Learn menus and help with opening/closing duties per safety rules.

About You:

• Previous bar or restaurant experience is welcomed but not required. Our hands‑on training program will give you the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.
• You are dependable, energetic, and eager to learn more about hospitality, beverage service, and bar operations.
• You thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment and enjoy staying active while anticipating what the team needs.
• You have a strong work ethic and take pride in keeping your workspace clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service.
• You understand that great hospitality is a team effort and are excited to support bartenders, servers, and fellow team members in creating a memorable guest experience.
• You communicate clearly, respond well to direction, and remain flexible as priorities shift throughout the shift.
• You are able to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift and carry between 10 and 75 pounds.
  

About the Job:

• Support the bartending team in delivering a welcoming, polished, and efficient guest experience.
• Prepare the bar for service by stocking spirits, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and other essential supplies.
• Monitor supplies throughout the shift and proactively restock items so bartenders can remain focused on guests and drink preparation.
• Assist bartenders and servers with the timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables and bar areas to maintain an inviting atmosphere for guests.
• Collect, wash, polish, and organize glassware while keeping bar stations and service areas clean, safe, and orderly.
• Learn our food and beverage menus, including key ingredients and signature offerings, to better support the team.
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities while following all sanitation, workplace safety, and employee conduct standards.
