Job summary

Harri in Miami is seeking a friendly and capable Restaurant Guest Service Associate to welcome guests, maintain tables, and support both front-of-house and back-of-house priorities. You will communicate with Hosts and Managers using radios, refill beverages, and ensure clean, sanitized work areas.

The role requires reliable availability for late-night shifts (potentially to 12 AM–3 AM) and weekends/holidays, fluency in English, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work late-night shifts (12 AM–3 AM).

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare tables for new guests.
• Communicate with Hosts and Managers using radios for table updates.
• Stock supplies and maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Practice teamwork and support front-of-house and back-of-house priorities.
• Refill non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain proper sanitation & cleanliness in all work areas.
• Pre-bussing and resetting tables within 3 minutes.
• Follow directions of the managers on duty.
• Work weekends and holidays.

• Ability to transport items up to 30 pounds
• Remain in stationary position for up to 4 hours throughout work shift
