Village Tavern in Birmingham, AL is hiring entry-level Busser positions with immediate start. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities, day/evening/weekend shifts, and competitive pay ($10/hour plus tips) with opportunities for 25-35+ hours per week.

You'll help keep the dining area clean, clear tables, and assist the team. Training provided with room for growth within the restaurant and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants preferred (1-3 years) but training available.
• Hardworking with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.

Responsibilities

• As Busser, keep restaurant clean and sanitized during shift.
• Remove used dishes, glasses, and flatware from tables.
• Maintain a clean work environment and attention to detail.
• Complete tasks assigned by MOD promptly.

Starting pay at $10 per hour plus tips. Potential for 25-35+ hours.

What You’ll Do:

As a Busser, you are responsible for assisting the team with keeping the restaurant clean and sanitized during each shift.

Responsibilities include:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Attention to detail
• Remove used dishes, glasses, and flatware from tables
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Complete tasks assigned by MOD in timely manner
