Job summary

Village Tavern, located in The Summit, is hiring for entry-level Busser positions with a variety of day, evening, and weekend shifts. Starting pay is $10 per hour plus tips, with training provided and room for advancement.

You’ll help keep the dining area clean and sanitized, learn fast-paced service, and enjoy flexible schedules, potential for 25–35+ hours, health insurance for full-time staff, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Reliability, good attendance, punctuality, professionalism, kindness, and a positive attitude are essential.
• Entry-level opportunity with training and room for advancement.
• Experience in restaurants (1-3 years preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person).

Responsibilities

• Assist with keeping the restaurant clean and sanitized during each shift.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Remove used dishes, glasses, and flatware from tables.
• Support the team and complete tasks assigned by MOD in a timely manner.

What You’ll Do

As a Busser, you are responsible for assisting the team with keeping the restaurant clean and sanitized during each shift.

Responsibilities Include

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Attention to detail
• Remove used dishes, glasses, and flatware from tables
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Complete tasks assigned by MOD in timely manner
